Crashes in start

The app crashes immediately once it is started. Disappointing

By when will it work? Im using a regular iPhone 6plus with up-to-Date operating system and no jailbreak or similar. If LaanLabs cannot make it work, they should be fair and proactively transfer the money back, otherwhise it is a case of fraud.
